Jim Masso serves as the President of Allied Power Group, joining in 2019. Previously, Jim held a variety of leadership positions at General Electric, across gas, steam, and generator technology, services, oil & gas, rotor technology, and RF & Photonics. Prior to joining Allied Power Group, Jim led global service for Dematic.
Jim has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Union College, in Schenectady, and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Guillaume brings over 17 years of industry experience to the APG portfolio. He has served in a variety of progressive roles within GE Power, with the last 2 roles being General Manager for the Americas Repairs organization and for the Global On-Site Services team. His broad expertise covers an array of critical areas such as leadership, business strategy and alignment, organizational development, integration, as well as operational productivity and efficiency improvements.
Gary Whitehead serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Allied Power Group, joining in 2022. With over 30 years of experience, Gary has held a variety of financial leadership positions in both consumer products and industrial manufacturing businesses. His experiences include Private Equity, Public and Private companies in various sizes and complexity. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University, a Master of Science in Accounting and an MBA from Grand Canyon University. Gary is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas.
Mr. Clifton serves as APG’s VP of Sales and Marketing, joining the Company in 2011 as a Technical Sales Representative. Prior to APG, Mr. Clifton held several leadership positions in the logistics and nuclear transport industries. Mr. Clifton holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from ITT.
Mr. Brown serves as APG’s Senior Vice President of Business Development and is a member of the Executive Management Team. With 20 years of experience, Mr. Brown is an accomplished industry executive with experience driving flexible service solutions for the Power Generation and Oil & Gas industries at both General Electric and Power Systems Mfg. Mr. Brown also served as an Asset Manager for InterGen managing the LTSA’s for both their Mexico and UK fleet. Mr. Brown earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
Mr. Kingsley serves as APG’s Vice President of Technology Solutions. With 25 years of engineering, operations, and management experience in the heavy frame industrial gas turbine market, Mr. Kingsley has held leadership positions at Dresser-Rand, Leading Edge Turbine Technologies, Sulzer and most recently with ProEnergy Services. Mr. Kingsley holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering & Management from Clarkson University.
Mr. Frost serves as APG’s Director of Technology. With nearly 28 years of power generation experience, Mr. Frost’s career has encompassed several aspects of the manufacturing and repair of industrial gas turbines, notably developing welding and brazing procedures utilized during the original manufacturing of multiple GE frames (5, 6B, FA, 7E, 7F, 9E, 9F and 9H series HPT components). Prior to joining APG, Mr. Frost held leadership positions at Pratt & Whitney, Wood Group and General Electric Power Systems. Mr. Frost holds a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from The University of Cincinnati.

Mr. Curtis serves as VP of “V” Series Gas Turbines. Mr. Curtis has over 40 years of gas turbine experience in various engineering, operations and technical/sales management roles, working for original equipment manufacturers (Pratt & Whitney, Solar), overhaul/repair providers (Chromalloy, AAR, Preco, Sermatech) and most recently with Eta Technologies, which was acquired by APG during 2018. Mr. Curtis holds a BS Chemical/Materials Science double major degree from the University of Connecticut and a Masters Degree in Metallurgy from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Mr. Anderson serves as APG’s GM of Plant and Field Service. Mr. Anderson has held various leadership roles in the rotating equipment aftermarket for over 30 years. His start was with GE Energy in Houston as a repair engineer for gas turbine components. During the next 10+ years he relocated several times supporting gas turbine, steam turbine, generator, and transformer repairs for GE in the US and Europe. He has also worked for Baker Hughes, Elliott Group, Cook Compression, and recently for Cooper Machinery Services in the reciprocating engine/compression midstream market. He is a high-energy process-driven individual and thrives on continuous improvement. Mr. Anderson is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA from the University of Texas – Dallas and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
