Jim Masso
President
Jim Masso serves as the President of Allied Power Group, joining in 2019. Previously, Jim held a variety of leadership positions at General Electric, across gas, steam, and generator technology, services, oil & gas, rotor technology, and RF & Photonics. Prior to joining Allied Power Group, Jim led global service for Dematic.
Jim has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Union College, in Schenectady, and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Rebekah Le
Chief Financial Officer
Rebekah Le is APG’s Chief Financial Officer and has over 20 years’ of progressive experience in client-service, entrepreneurial, corporate and global environments. Throughout her career, Rebekah has been instrumental in developing strategies to grow companies and to streamline business processes. She has hands on expertise in strategic planning, change management, operational effectiveness as well as accounting and administrative leadership.
Justin D’Appolonia
Chief Administrative Officer
Mr.D’Appolonia serves as APG’s Chief Administrative officer and is a member of the Executive Management Team. Prior to joining APG, he served as Chief People and Administrative Officer for Material Handling Services (now the OnPoint Group) where he also held multiple leadership positions to include serving as President of both Total Fleet Solutions and Miner National, two of the platforms major divisions, for a period of time. Mr. D’Appolonia brings strong experience working with high growth, private equity backed companies to the APG team having successfully grown and transacted multiple companies over the past 15 years. Justin earned his undergraduate degrees from the University of Rhode Island and his Masters of Education and Counseling from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh PA.
Jason Brown
SVP Business Development
Mr. Brown serves as APG’s Senior Vice President of Business Development and is a member of the Executive Management Team. With 20 years of experience, Mr. Brown is an accomplished industry executive with experience driving flexible service solutions for the Power Generation and Oil & Gas industries at both General Electric and Power Systems Mfg. Mr. Brown also served as an Asset Manager for InterGen managing the LTSA’s for both their Mexico and UK fleet. Mr. Brown earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.

Marty Magby
VP Business Development – Bundled Services
Mr. Magby serves as APG’s VP of Business Development focused on bundled services. With 25 years of industry experience, Mr. Magby previously held leadership positions at Westinghouse (OEM), Westar (Operator) and TGM (an independent maintenance provider). Mr. Magby serves as the Chair of the GE Heavy Industrial Group for CTOTF. Mr. Magby holds an Engineering degree from Kansas State University.
Jeremy Clifton
Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Clifton serves as APG’s VP of Business Development, joining the Company in 2011 as a Technical Sales Representative. Prior to APG, Mr. Clifton held several leadership positions in the logistics and nuclear transport industries. Mr. Clifton holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from ITT.
Richard Curtis
Vice President, V-Series Gas Turbines
Mr. Curtis serves as VP of “V” Series Gas Turbines. Mr. Curtis has over 40 years of gas turbine experience in various engineering, operations and technical/sales management roles, working for original equipment manufacturers (Pratt & Whitney, Solar), overhaul/repair providers (Chromalloy, AAR, Preco, Sermatech) and most recently with Eta Technologies, which was acquired by APG during 2018. Mr. Curtis holds a BS Chemical/Materials Science double major degree from the University of Connecticut and a Masters Degree in Metallurgy from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Alex Nordin
VP of Global Repair Technology
Mr. Nordin serves as APG’s VP of Global Repair Technology. With 20 years of Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial Gas Turbine manufacturing and repair experience, Mr. Nordin has held positions at Bosch, Pratt & Whitney, Howmet, MT Texas and Trinity Turbine. Mr. Nordin holds a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from Ferris State University and an MBA in Global Management from The University of Phoenix.
Craig Kingsley
General Manager – Plant & Field Services
Mr. Kingsley serves as APG’s General Manager of Plant & Field Services. With 25 years of engineering, operations, and management experience in the heavy frame industrial gas turbine market, Mr. Kingsley has held leadership positions at Dresser-Rand, Leading Edge Turbine Technologies, Sulzer and most recently with ProEnergy Services. Mr. Kingsley holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering & Management from Clarkson University.
Alan Lovelace
GM – Turbine & Rotor Repair
Mr. Lovelace serves as APG’s GM of Turbine & Rotor Repair. With over 30 years of power generation experience, prior to joining APG Mr. Lovelace held several leadership positions at Siemens Westinghouse, Dow Chemical and TRS Services. Mr. Lovelace holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of South Florida, and is a registered professional mechanical engineer.
Lori Jenks
GM – Combustion Products
Lori Jenks serves as APG’s Combustion Products General Manager. Ms. Jenks has over 20 years gas turbine component manufacturing experience. Ms. Jenks founded Combustion Parts, Inc. (CPI), the leading provider of combustion assemblies for industrial gas turbines, and served as its President until it was acquired by APG in August 2020. Ms Jenks has also held leadership positions in strategic consulting at Accenture and finance at Atlantic Richfield. She holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business and a BA in Economics from UCLA.
Aaron Frost
Director of Technology
Mr. Frost serves as APG’s Director of Technology. With nearly 28 years of power generation experience, Mr. Frost’s career has encompassed several aspects of the manufacturing and repair of industrial gas turbines, notably developing welding and brazing procedures utilized during the original manufacturing of multiple GE frames (5, 6B, FA, 7E, 7F, 9E, 9F and 9H series HPT components). Prior to joining APG, Mr. Frost held leadership positions at Pratt & Whitney, Wood Group and General Electric Power Systems. Mr. Frost holds a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from The University of Cincinnati.
